Honey Lime Vinaigrette


Use this as a salad dressing or mix with shrimp and avocado for a healthy appetizer.

1/3 cup of fresh lime juice
4 teaspoons of honey
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
cilantro is tasty to add as well

In a small bowl whisk all ingredients together. I like adding this to mixed greens with goat cheese and crushed walnuts.
