Look Younger Today!

There are four keys that are the staples for looking younger. If you add my four keys of youth into your day with in 24 hours your skin will improve, you’ll feel and look younger. Shall I elaborate? One example is fat. Fat is nature's fountain of youth. There are good fats, Monounsaturated and Polyunsaturated, and there are bad fats, Saturated and Trans. The secret is getting the right combination of fat and not exercising yourself to death. Keeping yourself over a few pounds from where you want to be will benefit you. Being too thin ages you. Having a bit of fat on your body will puff out wrinkles. When you get plenty of healthy fats in your diet your skin with have a youthful glow. So with out further adieu, here are my four keys to looking younger.

Massage: Massage puts us back in touch with our bodies. Self massage is a great way to get cells moving and it just feels good!

Exercise: In particular cardio. Get the blood flowing. Dance around the house, go for a walk around the neighborhood. Run barefoot on the beach. Play flag football. If the weather is beautiful get out there and do something, anything!

Sex: Whether by yourself or with a partner this is an important part of looking and feeling amazing. Intercourse improves circulation, breaks up fatty tissue in your body and improves your immune system function.

Fat: Here are the essential good fats to eat; Olive Oil, Nuts (Walnuts, Almonds and Pistachios), Avocado, Seafood (Salmon), Soy, Sunflower
