The Milk's Gone Bad!


Milk does not do a body good!

Since I was young, I can remember commercials on how consuming dairy products will aid in you achieving the best possible body. Scare tactics used showing how the calcium found in milk can save your bones. Dairy companies constantly feeding the general public dairy propaganda. For me, this is all a great marketing campaign, one of which I wish I came up with. I have read countless articles on calcium and it’s effects on the human body. Over the years I see large quantities of calcium being consumed doing more harm than good. Here is just a few points of information that has stayed with me. You may do what you like with these little nibbles of information.

-After the age of three the human body stops being able to break down dairy products.

-The African Bantu consume about 350mg of calcium per day. They rarely have a broken bone or lose their teeth and there is no calcium deficiency.

-Americans consume about 1000mg of calcium per day

-Native Eskimos consume about 2000mg of calcium per day and have the highest rate for Osteoporosis in the world!

Just a little food for thought.

-Soy Milk, Soy Cheese, Soy Yogurt, Soy Ice Cream
-Rice Milk, Rice Cheese
-Almond Milk (Huge Fan!)
-Hemp Milk, Hemp Cheese
