In Shape While Traveling


I love to travel! Like other people, I find it hard to stay in shape and stick to a healthy diet while traveling. One of my favorite ways to stay in shape is with a pilates ring. It is very light weight, you can fit it in your carry on bag and it allows you to work a wide variety of muscles. Plus it's pretty inexpensive. You can find a ring for about $10.
