So you have found yourself with very little time to work out, huh? I've been there. Working...Sleeping...Eating...And that's about it. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be enough time in your day. Here is a sneaky way to shed some pounds.
- Wear a Pedometer. This nifty little device tracks how many steps you take in a day. It only takes 10,000 steps a day to start shedding some pounds. This may sound like a lot to do but the reality is, it takes about 4000 steps walking for 30 minutes. That burns roughly 200 calories. So, next time park your car further away from the office doors, take the stairs or walk the long way to the office bathroom or water-cooler. You'll start to gain extra steps and lose some unwanted pounds.
